ALUMINUM

The collection «Aqva» is produced with aluminum profiles made with AW6060 T5, thus offering an optimal solution thanks to the high mechanical and corrosion resistance of this material. All profiles and accessories are designed by FORTE design team and belong exclusively to the company. After a careful control, the profiles are varnished or undergo an electrolytic polishing process : in both cases, all working phases are carried out carefully on the highest levels of professionalism in order to ensure a long-lasting and high-quality result.

BRASS

As to the line «Aqva», FORTE has chosen to use brass to manufacture hinges, handles and supporting elements. Brass has several characteristic properties as resistance to mechanical stress and long-lasting chromium plating which make it an ideal choice for several application in the sector.

PVC

The shower boxes included in the lines «Colibrì Plus» and «Skipper» are manufactured with profiles made of calcium/zinc stabilized PVC, free of lead and other harmful substances.
PVC profiles are not dangerous to human health and safety and to the environment, since their constitutive material, that is, PVC, is solid, stable and not dusty. PVC is essentially a polymer in which components are dispersed and incorporated into the polymer matrix, being, in this way, completely inert. There is no case in which PVC has posed health hazards to people or to the environment. Once extruded, profiles can be coated with a Renolit film or an aluminum foil. Otherwise they can be subject to a rotogravure printing process, thanks to which it is possible to obtain a lacquered effect or the printing of wood-like or metallic finishes. The coatings with Renolit film or aluminum foil concern only the color range «Skipper»: this process allows the extruded product to obtain highly innovative finishes.
The profiles subject to the printing process are protected by a flat or shiny coating of UV varnish, ensuring in this way a good printing and a long-lasting durability of the product.
